1.1 helpspin is a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines — from Metro Manila and Quezon City to Cebu, Davao, and beyond. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data deleted, and any deposits returned to the originating payment account.

11.1 The helpspin platform is primarily operated from data centres located within the Philippines or in jurisdictions that provide adequate data protection standards.
