This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced by helpspin. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing any real-money gaming features of helpspin.
2.2 Jurisdiction. helpspin is operated for players located in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulatory authorisation. Access to the helpspin platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing and using helpspin is lawful in their jurisdiction. helpspin makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 Capacity. By registering, you warrant that you are acting on your own behalf, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not accessing the platform on behalf of a prohibited person.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily placed themselves on a self-exclusion list at helpspin or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator are prohibited from registering or accessing the helpspin platform during any active exclusion period.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the helpspin platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. helpspin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.3 KYC Verification. helpspin is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. Upon request, you must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as a passport, SSS ID, PhilSys card, driver's licence, or UMID) and any other documentation reasonably requested for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. Failure to complete verification may restrict your access to deposits, withdrawals, or specific features of the helpspin platform.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpspin login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify helpspin support immediately. helpspin will never ask for your full password via chat, email, or SMS.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the helpspin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency deposits or withdrawals are processed.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits are published within the helpspin account settings and may vary by payment method and player verification tier.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts processed via GCash are typically credited within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. helpspin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts with flagged activity.
4.5 Own Accounts Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. helpspin reserves the right to reverse any deposit received from a third-party account and may suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. helpspin may charge a monthly administration fee on dormant account balances as disclosed in the account settings. Players are advised to log in periodically to prevent dormancy fees.
5.1 helpspin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be disclosed at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these requirements before activating any bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting across promotions, using multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — constitutes bonus abuse. helpspin reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts found engaged in such practices.
5.4 helpspin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair consideration of players who have already commenced participation in that promotion.
6.1 All games available on the helpspin platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface.
6.2 Game results are final once confirmed by the helpspin server. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, helpspin will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly; however, helpspin is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

8.1 helpspin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is detected; (c) a player fails to complete required KYC verification; or (d) the account is flagged by payment providers or regulatory authorities.
8.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at helpspin's discretion, and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be void.
8.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting helpspin support. Remaining verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following successful identity confirmation.
9.1 helpspin is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible at any time from within your helpspin account settings.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so for a minimum period of thirty (30) days or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, helpspin will not send promotional communications to the excluded player and will take reasonable steps to prevent account access. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

10.1 helpspin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the helpspin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 helpspin will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and other third parties strictly as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with Philippine law. 11.1 All content on the helpspin platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of helpspin or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any helpspin content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
11.2 Game content is owned by the respective game providers (including but not limited to JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft) and is licensed to helpspin. Intellectual property rights in all game content remain with the respective providers.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, helpspin shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from reliance on information on the platform; or (d) losses resulting from technical failures outside helpspin's reasonable control.
12.2 helpspin's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the helpspin platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through helpspin's internal complaints process. Players may submit complaints via the helpspin support team. helpspin will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a formal response within 14 business days.
13.3 If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players retain all rights available to them under Philippine consumer protection law.
14.1 helpspin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered players via the contact information on file. Where required by PAGCOR, amendments will be submitted for regulatory review prior to publication.
14.2 The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any transaction or event on the helpspin platform governs that transaction or event. Your continued use of the helpspin platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
